My maroon clown is incredibly mean

Man, I gotta say that my gold stripe maroon is incredibly mean. She's just now getting her gold stripes but she's getting meaner every day. If I put my hand in she attacks it like crazy. No bid deal because if I plan to do something in the tank, I wear those long rubber gloves. But now she's got a new thing... she'll attack whatever I am holding. Like if I'm holding a coral, she'll attack it like crazy. Once I put it down, she stops. But she'll attack it as long as I hold it. It got so bad, I had to separate her while placing some corals. And god forbid I do anything in the side of the tank where her anemone is.

At least she never attacks other fish, even if they get close to the anemone.
Is there anything I can do? Would she do this if she didn't have an anemone? The male maroon is ok, he never does that.

Maroons are mean SOB's - good luck. I think she would do that no matter what, and as she gets older she will become more mean and more bold.

she would probably still do this. my lfs has had a pair in a 90g tank for more than a year, everytime he adds a new piece of rock with corals shell push it around until its somewhere she likes it. last time she dropped it on top of the anemone that the male was in

my maroon is mean too, but would never attack my hand, but yes if i put something somewhere and she dosent like it, ITS OUTTA HERE and if she cant move it she gets the mate to help her...they are very powerful little fish!
