thats not moon lights, that sounds to me that that is your actinic bulb for use during the daylight hours.
moon lights are small LED bulbs that are 1 watt each. usually.

They can be had in all price ranges. If your good at DIY they can be had dirt cheap. There is a person on here from Alabama that sells something like a run of 10 LED, wire,, resistors and power supply along with instructions for under $15.00 shipped.........thats a great price.....Coral life has a 3/4 watt Luxeon (luxeon are a much higher end led that puts out a lot more light) which sells for like 12 to 18 bucks each, and it too is a very good light. One of those coralife 3/4 watt lunar lights is probably equal to what 8 or 10 of the typical LED put out. Other folks look for blue led powered automotive lights for inside the car etc, and still others use blue led christmas lights...Look for a blue led inthre 420 to 470 nm range with at least a 45 or more degree of light spread for best results....If light spread (degree of coverage) is not available still go for the 420 to 470 nn spectrum for best glow of florecent critters. UV (a) is also a good LED source such as is used to illuminate those black velvet elvis or unicorn paintings.......its similar to what a black light is and it too makes a lot of critters jumpout withj colors at night.
