Ok my mushroom is like almost a month old. I got it at a nickel size and now its about the size of a silver dollar but there are no new growths. What is taking so long?

I had mine for a long time before they had babies, but once they did they totally took over the whole rock.
Give it a little more time.

You can speed up the process by pointing a power head at it. It will try to move away, and leave small bases behind which will eventually grow new polyps. Don't keep the power head pointed at it for two long though! Just a couple days or weeks until it starts to move, or if it starts to bleach, immediately stop. If you want to frag it, you can cut it in half, and re-attach it with super glue gel. This will stimulate the growth, and the wound will rapidly try to heal itself, sometimes causing another attached polyp that will split off over time.
