My new 12 gallon Aquapod

I have just got my new Aquapod and am new to this. I took out the Bio balls and media as I want to do a reef tank. I left in the carbon.
How long must I wait before I can put live rock in?

of course put sand in, then fill with water. Let the sand settle and then put rock in. You dont really need to wait a period of time for the rock.

If you have nothing else in the tank jsut put in and let cure in tank. Watch your levels and wait for cycle to complete.
