after a heart breaking two days and lots of tears my tank is up and running........it was such a pain in the butt the lfs ordered me the tank and stand but no overflow kits so i had to call around everywhere to get bulkheads had a heck of a time finding the 3/8 bulk head but finally tracked it down......all the tears was over loosing three of my fish : ( i couldnt beleave after having 2x 240 gallon leeky tanks the lfs wouldnt of ordered me the overflow kits.but i mad it threw would never give this hobby up but i have defenutlay been put to the test these last 2 months........
!.had to move 110 because of getting hardwoodfloors redone
2.the 240 gallon acrylic tank decided to leek all over my new floors
3.the lfs gave me another 240 that leeked
4.then ordered me in tank without overflow kits and didnt have any bulkheads to give me

well ok heres pictures of my tank i get to arrang it today,was just so tired and sore after all of this decided to wait till today

Pain in the neck, but I think you will be much happier with this tank. Looks super clean and has that sharpness that the other tank didnt. Might have been the pics but I think its purdy.
Get your LFS to pay for some salt too.
Did I miss something or why the 3/8th BH? Separate fuge dump?

it had 2 x 1 inch holes and 2 x 3/8 holes its how the tank can drilled its a all glass mega flow (???) if that helps
and ya im happier with the glass instead of the acrylic

Might use the 3/8 as an in and out for a completly separate fuge plumbing line. or a reactor.
Where are all your coral and stock currently housed?

had no choice but to have them in the new tank had to tare down 240 because of leek and could have never set this up without having other one moved out had everything in pond contaners with heaters and powerheads but i didnt know it would turn into 2 days withoput filtration thats why i was so upset and crying lost some of my corals to like 7 pieces ,achilees tang orange shouler ,tang hippo tang ,and of course my ribbon eel

hey congrats on your tank.
good to hear that you like glass bettere than acrylic, cause i think im gonna go with a 300 gl glass tank!!
also its cool to see your from south bend IN.
im from anderson IN, and weve got some pretty killer fish stores down here, sounds like you should look into checking them out!!

sorry about the pictures they are krapy my camera got ran over by a golf cart lol not joking thow reallllllly....i lost alot of my live stock going to the new tank and my corals are taking Awhile to snap back i lost some of my zenia and bubble coral and my colt corals.but here you o new pictures...and a new addition....
