Right now I have a t5 ho light on the tank with a marine land 150 filter. I was think of putting zoas and mushrooms in the tank. What would I need for them grow and thrive?

you scape looks really good! everyone looks happy so far, just remember not to much to fast :) let your biological filtration catch up to your new additions..
what kind of corals were you thinking about? (how many par or LEDS are rated in Lumens right? how many does that strip have?)

I just added a feather duster to my tank and it did great the first day but it has come out the tube and placed itself behind the heater. Im not sure if it will live outside of its tube.
