Before anybody else tells me what I did was wrong let me add this info...
I bought my tank as a 2 year old established tank (with the live rock and all) from a guy that was upgrading. I used pretty much all of his water when I did the transport. Then I set the tank back up and in 2 weeks everywhere I carried my water to be tested said it was perfect...so I added some fish. Some fish came with the tank. I'm sure I added them much faster than recommended but so far I have not had the 1st problem. Knock on wood.
