I loved the tank on the inside but you should have definitely painted it black to help hide the overflow and wires. But the fish and rock work look beautiful.

All of the fish really get alone amazingly... The tank is around 4 years old, but has only been a reef for about 5 months it is running hamilton 2x250 mh with 2 vhos.
What happened was me and a friend were setting my old tank up in a new spot with all new filters we had built... We went to put it in and darn if it would not fit in my old 72 gallon bowfront stand so standing there at about 11pm we call my lfs and told them we had an emergency and needed to buy a bigger tank. So we met them at the store and I bought the new 90 and everything went in perfectly. No corals, fish or invert casulaties from the long transfer a couple of my few fish i think went to see god but with some good hard water oxgenating they returned to us and everything is striveing and doing wonderfully
this is my tank till last week and my friend at the fs got me some nice rock to add

But i am so excited about this new reef tank it looks alot better than my bowfront did don't you think

and PS I have a tinted mirror that is going on the back of the tank on the outside to hide the wire and disguise the overflow a little but hey it is a tank has to have some workings i Built the live rock around it to make it look as natural as possible i just hate panting tanks it is so permenant

Your 90 looks great. My 90 is only 2 months old and Ihope it looks as nice as yours when it gets to 5 months.

Thanks I really apreciate the compliment... Dont really have to many aquarium friends so it is me and my fiancee and one other couple and we all love fish but we bring friends over that look at our different tanks and are just like yeah that is cool... So nice to hear some nice things about my tank

Looking good.
As far as covering up the back glass - you don't have to paint it. Just get one of those backgrounds. But not the ones with the corals and plants drawn on it. Those are dumb. They make them in various colors. Solid black and blue are the most common, but on-line you can find various patterns of blues. You can just tape it to the back glass with tape and remove when desired.
