the bottom one seems to be damaged but they are all opened. I paid for 2 heads because the guy said the bottom one was dying, theres a 4th on the back that looks good too so i got 4 for 2. They ate last night and i cant seem to get my sexy shrimp off them haha

woo all 4 heads ate a piece of mysis, ricordia did too, one paly on my lunar eclipse ate a piece and then the remaning 2 brownish purple palys i have ate a piece each. So fun to watch

lucky. i wish my ric will eat mysis. how do you feed it?

glove + rubber band + tweezers = feeding. I just get a little piece and put it on the outside by the mouth and push down a little so it grabs it, then when it seems like its stuck to the ric i let go and yea it usually curls up on it and eats it.

yeah its hit or miss really, small pieces help. Since i got mine in a big flat block its hard to get solid pieces i just hold it at the mouth for a bit. On palys i just hold it by the mouth and touch the skirt until it notices it, if it opens its mouth i stick the mysis in there and hope it holds. If it holds it it will eat it and i leave it otherwise it just spits it out. Took me some time but its fun to do and watch.
There was a piece of mysis just floating around and my goby kept trying to get it and it eventually landed on my biggest duncan head and it swallowed it up quickly. It was cool to see it happen somewhat naturally without me sticking it in its mouth
