Please anyone has any ideas, I have saltwater tank setup for 6 months now, every time I add new fish they will die within one week. Currently I have two small clown fish one brown tang they are doing fine, and some reefs. No sign of any diseases. My water levels are fine I have it checked out on weekly basis by taken water sample to fish store. Fishes that died so far several tangs, several Angels, and one beautiful black Bat fish. I am afraid to ad anymore fishes. I am monitoring the fished there is no signs of any aggressiveness from any my current fishes.

We need some details about your fish tank, size, type tank (such as reef, fish only, live rock, live sand, substrate type). Also, you must get into the habit of keeping track of your own water conditions. What is your tank's salinity, pH? What are the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels?

What filters do you have and how many pumps are you using to circulate water?

Prior to fish death what symptoms have you noticed? Do all new additions die off fast, or over a period of time?

maybe it's bad acclamation I would suggest to put the water from the fish store in a bucket and every ten minutes I add a cup of my tanks water after a hour has passed I take them out and put them in the water but I don't only think that acclimating is accepting the water so my trick is to put a lot of plants and I turn off the lights because if the fish will attack him they will barely do it when it's their time to sleep so it helps it get adjusted
