Well I received my maited pair of GSM clown today. They have spawned in the last several weeks and I hope they will settle in and begin again in my tank. For now(and maybe permantly) they are taking up residence in another of my frag tanks. It seems al my frag tanks (except one) has clownfish pairs

I was really surprised at the shear size of the female. Saying 4+ inches and seeing(and feeling the weight) is another matter.

I also got a couple of Fire clowns aka red saddle clowns( A. ephippium) a couple of weeks ago. They have almost lost their head stipe and have moved past the agression stage into courtship. Hopefully they will bond and becoe a pair as well.

it's nice to have them in pair.....hope you have an anemone for them....i have a pair of maroon clowns too and the female is chasing my clarki clown...keep your eyes on her...anyway very nice pair :happyfish

Thanks... The pairs are in tanks by themselves so I don't have to worry about them chasing other fish
I do not have an anemone for them...they may be getting a flowerpot (or a piece of tile) soon but for the time being not much else.
