my new naso is totally black

I just put in my new naso in my 150gl tank after qt he is swimming around nibbling on the lr but he is totally black he’ll put on some color for 30sec but change right back to black with some gray spots he also has small white dots on his face but it looks like small see-through bubbles he is not scratching what’s going on?

my naso was totally black for a few days, then after showing no signs of illness he just up and died yesterday morning . . . . i hope yours does not have the same problem
