Ok Here is my tank. Its been up for 3 1/2 weeks and I can finally add some stuff. I finally got all of my live rock and the aquascaping is DONE! I have added a few snails and a banded shrimp. In the near future will be adding some corals and other things.
So far I have added 3 snails, an Emerald Crab, and a banded shrimp. I also have a gromie.
In about a week I plan to add 2 clowns.
Any suggestions? Any comments?

luv your lr. beautiful color to start out with.
luv your aquascape. That's a good start. The more void you have btw the rocks, the better to deal with the tank in the long run.
Get as most expensive lifestock that you can afford, and is specified to be ok to fit in the tank size you have. Don't start out with damsels because you will have a hard time figuring out what to do with them when you tank is getting prettier everyday. I bought my flame angle when my tank began to run pretty and that fish along costed me almost $60, but it's all worth it, cuz he is the best thing in my tank..

good luck and enjoy it.

The LFS told me they sell jars of copopods, and I were to get a goby I could pour a jar of these pods into the tank and they would begin to multiply, and all would be good. Anyone think different?

Mandarins belong to advanced hobbyists those who can afford to do the at least 125g with pristine water condition for reef and plenty to room for copopods to populate them send both in the DT and in the refugium. Mandarin is every saltwater fish hobbyist's wish, but not many people can actually provide good home for them. So, I would suggest you to cross that off you list. sand sifting gobbies are very difficult to feed them. and they move sand around alot, so you have to think careful and do alot of research on what you want to have in your tank.
here is my Flame Angle.

why on the back? Then it will just blow from back to front, as now it blows across the entire tank.
you can turn the nozzel to point side ways so it still blows accross the entire tank and be looking at a narrower profile from the front.

i just figure if u put the powerhead in the back, it wont be so conspicuous. the way u hv it right now, the powerhead becomes the focal point. as for the mandarin, u really dont hv enough live rocks to support one. even if u buy pods from ur lfs, it wont be enough unless u do it 2x every week.
