After a very long wait, I finally got my new 75. Here are the pics.

Most of the initial aquascaping is done. As I find interesting peices I will buy more rock and add to my little world. I can't wait for clear water and then to begin the cycle, and then adding a fish and.....well, you can tell I'm psyched!
Thanks for lookin'

Congrats on the new tank! The scaping looks very secure and good looking. Lots of surface area for corals, and a few holes for the fish to swim through. Keep us updated!

Center brace came with the tank. Not sure if I like it yet or not. Shouldn't be a problem with my 2 mh pendants though.

ok - you have the rocks out of the water, which means they are either going in as base rock, or they are live rock quickly dying. If they were base rock, meaning no life on them at all when you put them in, you'll need to start the cycle yourself, with some LR or fish, or brine shrimp, etc. If the rocks were LR going in, you'll have no problem starting the cycle, as the ammonia levels will be high and the stench should be quite noticeable.
So tell us more on the rocks, please...

Yeah, the rock that is in the tank is not live. I'm going to my lfs to get some lr and ls to start the cycle. I think 30 lbs of a light density lr should just about top my tank off at just under 2 lbs/gallon.
p.s. why is doodle laughing at me for having this tank in a room where I work out? Is that bad?
