My ocellaris has a tail problem =(

I bought my little guy 2 days ago, and I was looking at him today and noticed that the white lining around his tail was gone, like something nipped it. I'm sure he had it to begin with, so I'm worried what has happened to him.
My current inhabitabts are:
1 yellow tailed damsel
1 Galveston Stripe blenny
5 hermits
1 Ocellaris
Could the damsel be nipping him? I've seen them interact, but never in a negatice fashion. His tail was kinda messed up the other night, but now the white lining is completely gone.
My water checks out okay, anyone know whats going on? It's only on his tail.
Please help me save little "Nemo"

Sounds like nipping, and if I had to guess, probably the damsel. I would also suggest you google "fin rot" to make sure the clown doesnt have a sickness thats just starting to show.
