My pistol shrimp...

I have a bullseye pistol shrimp which I love, he has his own little house under a peice of my LR, his house he made has a front door, backdoor and a side entrance. He is about 3 1/2 inches long fully sprawled out and holds no bones about defending his little abode which I might add he shares with my tiny yellow watchman. My question is do you think he is safe with most fishes? In particualr I want to get an Anthias of some sort but I notice on alot of them it says "monitor with shrimp". Do you thinka "reef safe" fish that has the "monitor with shrimp" warning would harm him being that he is pretty good size? He just recently molted so Im assuming he is growing also. He's a very pretty PS and would not want to see anything happen to him, he does not bother any of my fish or anything else in the tank as long as they dont venture into his home and then he runs them out with his "pistol" lol

Well your watchman goby should help take care of him since that what he is there for. He should have his back! That is my opinion though. I am hopefully fixing to get me a pair of them also!

oh yeah my watchman is funny, if a fish comes to close he opens his mouth super large and confronts the trespasser lol...but the PS will actually chase the intruder out of the house always popping and firing his claw like crazy until the intruder leaves, then back to cleaning
