My Queen angel mysteriously died

I bought a 5in Queen angel at the lfs for $150 Thursday it looked great. I put her in my tank she was swimming and eating chasing everyone. It was a pleasure to watch I was thinking of upgrading my 55gl w45#lr tank to 300gl for it to have room to grow but today I found this magnificent fish dead. All other small fish look great and even happy to see her dead. The lfs says they give a lifetime guarantee but when the fish dies the guarantee is over. I checked the water everything looks great. The nitrite has a slight pink less then .03 could that be the cause?

Sounds like you added too many fish too quickly. The tank needs to setup and get established first. 2 months isnt a very long time. I wouldnt add any more fish for awhile and let things settle down. Wait atleast a week or two between adding fish. Also if the Queen Angel hadnt died, it would of most likely killed the small Coral Beauty. If you plan on having big fish, i would wait until you get the 300g up and running. Just a suggestion!

Can I have the powder blue and the queen angel in a 90gl or its still to small. I curently have a 90gl with african ciclids I would just switch them its not going to be easy but if I can have the queen it will be worth it. Thanks
