my sebae wont eat!

i have had my peach sebae 4 about a week and a half it will not eat i tried puting the food(shrimp) next to its mouth and move the food side to side to trigger a feeding response but it wont eat any help :confused:
some of my fish tend to try to eat his food:
yellow tang 5inc
tomato clown 4inc
four striped humbug 2inc
domino damsel 5inc
blue devil damsel 1inc
inverts:
just my anemone and a green serpent starfish:) thats just my 25gal tank i stilll have a 55gal

i still dont know the watts and stuff but i know i have a power glo and marine glo thats what my lfs says

i say you should return it, that's not hte light they need, they need IMHO, either a lot of PC or VHO, or MH

Your lights are not suffecient enough to sustain an anemone. You have NO bulbs. Bring the anemone back to the store for credit or buy better lights. You can either get about 350-400 watts of PC or VHO, or get mh.
Also, that yellow tang should not be in such a small tank, especially a 5" YT. They need a minimum of 75 gallons because they need a lot of room to swim.
You are overstocked by about 6 inches, just from the fish you listed. Rule of thumb is 1" of fish per 5 gallons.
