My tang won't eat!!!!!!!!

Hello all,
I recently bought a lipstick tang yesterday and it really hasn't ate anything that I have fed it. Frozen brine shrimp, spinage, nothing. She does look like she is picking stuff off the rocks, but I am worried that she is not eating regular food. Is it that she is just getting used to the tank or what? She is also hiding everytime I come near the tank to look at it. What's up? I am relitively new to this so what should I expect?

it usually takes a while for some fish...............wha size tank do u have?

you posted this on nano tanks ... nano tanks with tangs usually dont work ! naso tangs aka lipstick tang needs LG aqauriams./

exile is definitely right, if it is a nano...
besides that fact, try using fresh garlic soaked algae sheets. basically take real garlic chop it up soak the algae sheets in it and attach it to your magfloat or get a lettuce clip...the garlic should entice the fish to eat, but it could be stressed out because of the size of your tank etc etc.. how big is your tank?
