my tank

i have a 80 gallon with some live rock and i plan to get more live rock and some coral. does that automatically make my tank a reef tank? if i have coral and live rock do i need one of those things that goes under my aquarium and shoots water out and in? how many crabs and snails and stuff like that should i get?

you need to be a little more specific about those things under the tank. What are you using to filter your water right now? Need more info to help
