thanx. im running 2 aquaclear 300's and an aquaclear 2000 powerhead.i had a skilter on it for the last 2 yrs just took it off hasnt seemed to make that big of difference besides i unpluged it like a yr ago lol.and thats a snowflake eel.I just have to resize the eel pic.
the lighting is 3 24 in 18 watt jallis

don't you get a lot of algae build-up with your tank being directly next to the window? from what i have learned, you shouldn't have your tank near the windows at all.

accually no i keep the blinds closed at all times but i also have black backing on the tank the amount of alge shown on the back of the tank is just about the most I ever get and the turbo snail keep it nice and clean i only clean the front and on side veiw of the glass and thats more of washing away the water dropplets from feeding
