My turbo snails and hermit crabs keep dying...Help!!

I should mention that all water test are right on and so is the salt levels: Nitrate, Nitrite, PH, Ammonia and Phosperous are all correct, the fish, shrimp, corals and clams are fine....does any one have any ideas what might be wrong? HELP!!!

Need more info....How are you acclimating your snails and crabs? How many have you lost? Are they dead as soon as you put them in, or 2 days later, or what?

i agree with this person but just in case what are ur water parameters...and it may be a dumb question but are you using test strips or an actual test kit?

more info is needed, such as specific gravity. simply listing everything is correct is unacceptable. temp and sg acclimation is important when it comes to most inverts.
