My Updated 36 gallon

I started back in May with this tank with what's in the first picture. Since then I've bought a few fish a couple of anemones and some plants and other living organisms, and upgraded my lighting.. Let me know what everyone thinks.

obvious okay since he hasnt ate it yet lol

He's been doing good. Havn't realy noticed it bothering the shrimp. I've had the hawkfish in there for about 4 weeks now.
