i have 660 icecap VHO lights they have been up and running for about 8 months now they quit the other day so i bought 4 new bulbs still no luck. has anyone else had good luck sending their ballast off to icecap i guess that is my next step.
I took one to my lfs and they sent it back for me and it only cost me like 10 bucks and that was for shipping.I was very happy not to have to fork out another 200 on a new one.
IceCap service is very good and easy to work with.....If you check out the other big forum and go to the IceCap dedicated forum and leave a post for Andy he will tell you what you need to do as far as getting the ballast taken care of
