My water is cloudy help

My water is very cloudy today and I do not know why. I added some buffer is some water today and I added some stress coat. But, I have done this before and this has not happened.
I am on my 5th week of my cycle, should I change media filters now?

do you have any fish that could have been digging??? it is wise to check/change your filter every month. media and your tank should settle soon.
