My water is full of filth!

My water is really filthey and i wanted to know how to get rid of all/most of it(the filth that is).

What's your filtration like? Try running carbon perhaps. Or switch out the filter pad you're using right now. It might not be effective anymore. Small and frequent water changes would help as well.
What exactly is making your water so dirty?

Ammonia ? Nitrate ? pH ?
Give me the info. Try running carbon. It always works for me. What kind of filter are you running ? Please give us more info. Not just My tank is filthy. How do i get rid of the filth.

Im running a Fluvul 303 canister filter.
cal 700mg/L
Ph 7.5 mg/L
Nitrate 17mg/L
Sorry but thats all I have for testers my brother slighty took my other ones.
