Well that is too many fish for a 29g for starters and I looked up these fish and the blenny's minimum tank size is 55g. Dont get a blenny and chose 2 of those 3 other fish. I dont know which order but good luck!

the angel needs a 55 as well as the puffer, ur best bet would be to have two small fish like two percs or two ocells

Well you could do a cardinal fish and a perc, make the 29g a reef(Banggai cardinal r reef safe) with inverts. I think that you could also get a small damsel instead of a perc but basicly two small fish.

well i def want the puffer, which only needs a 30 gallon
by the way its a regular 29 gallon tank not a biocube

Yes,a flame Angel would work. You just assume that he/she is going to put all the corals and inverts in the world in that tank which makes me mad  I'm sure if you could only have 2 small false percs I couldn't have ANYTHING in a 12-gallon

But I agree witht he blenny and I don't know about puffers really.

well the angel could go in there short term but the puffer tho most sites will say needs a 20-30gal minimal but w/ my experience w/ them they r swimmers and would do bettr in a 55

ok.. the blenny will do fine..the angel needs a 55, the puffer will need a 55, i'd say get the blenny, the sixline, and 2 percula clowns.

what are you talking about.. 2 fish in a 30??.. people have 3-4 fish in 15 gallon tanks and they're ok.., i'm sure 4 fish would be completely fine in a 30.

u have to keep in mind in a small tank levels such as ammonia can spike quick if he doesnt have proper filtration (aka if he had 4 or 5 fish then that would be like a skimmer and filter rated for 70-100gals) so 4 fish that r producing a lot of waste for a 30 is gonna equal high ammonia

have you had experience with a 30?.. when i started my 30 i didn't know anything and had 7 fish in it.. and my amonia never went over 0.25, don't worry, i ended up taking all the fish back, but still.. 4 fish in a 30 is completely reasonable.

as long as your smart, you'll be fine with more than 'recommended' fish, i have 5 for now, but will get 6 with the addition of a mature perc in a few months. I have two filters and no skimmer. and i do monthly water changes, 3 of the fish have been in there for 10 -11 months. Mine dont produce much bioload though, keep that in mind when picking fish. and a lawnmower will need alot of rockwork with algae in a 30, i was gonna get one, but they produce ALOT of waste (raises bioload). firefish, shrimpgobies.... those produce very VERY little waste and barely contribute to bioload.

Here's my list for my 29. It may change slightly but I'm trying to keep small fish 4 at the most. 2 false percs, fire fish, and a clown goby. I might switch out the last two for a royal gramma and a yellow watchman goby.

thats a good list, i had a clown goby, but it chased my juvenile true perc, and i liked the baby perc way more than the goby.
