My Xenia have black spots... Help!

I have had some Pulsing Xenia in my tank for about a month and a half and I just noticed some black spots, they look king of like small black fleas, on the fingers of most of the polyps. Some of the polyps are starting to look sick as a result. Anyone have any idea what this is, and if there is any way to treat it??
My water is within normal limits for everything, and I have 2 brand new 55w PC (actinic and 10000k).

Mine had the same thing. I think it's the algae. I'm not an expert, but it went away every morning I looked at it. It might have collected some food.
