My Zoas won't open

I got the small colony 3 weeks ago and its all been open since the first day until yesterday. the rock has three types of zoas on it and only one type is open. I did a water change last night but I am still not seeing any improvement this morning.
what do I do?

I saw some kind of naudibraunch or snail on them just now

Remove the Nudibranch ASAP.
Some are okay, but some eat zoa's. I would not chance it and remove it now. You could keep it in a small cup of tank water until you can get a positive ID on it to see if it is safe.

upon further investigation there were alot of them all over the zoas I did a fresh water dip and removed as many as I could. what else can I do? how long should I expect it to be before they open again if I solved the problem?

Should be a fast recovery if they were not damaged too much. Take a picture of them if you can to see what they are.

they did open right back up later that day, its been an ongoing battle though every few days there is a new naudi and closed polyps, i just take them off and smoosh them now
