Mysid Shrimp

Where can I get mysid srrimp? It would be great to have to feed to my goby.Also any ways that you mix it?

i'm not sure if you can buy mysid shrimp. mysis shrimp, a freshwater feeder shrimp sold in frozen cubes, can be bought at a lfs.

i don't believe so. some people have mysid shrimp appear in their tanks...looks like white stringy things.

Mysid are just tiny little shrimp. They look like a big shrimp but very tiny. I have them all over in my fuge they are a good food source I am assuming. The mysis is just frozen shrimp, probably related to mysid in some way...

I thought mysid was a general name for a family of small shrimp that included commonly sold freshwater mysis (along with the small saltwater hitchhiker shrimp).
