Mystery Slugs???

I had a couple of cool looking slugs in my tank. They decided that the protein skimmer would be a good feeding ground, until they died there.
Now I have a few very little (lass than a half inch) green slugs roaming the tank. They look like little pieces of lettuce...
Any clues?
