Strange how many tangs eat halimeda a got some as a freebie with some pink star polps my mimc tang had a nibble as soon as it was (the halimeda) introduced and now he loves to eat it.

My reef tank grows a sh** load of the plant. I'm going to try it tonight to see my tangs will eat it. Like my mom used to say you have to eat your greens.

Well I put the plant in on Sunday the actual plant in the sand not just a hunk. The only one interested was the Saddle back butterfly, he pecked at it once. The 3 tangs never gave it even a look. I'll let you know if things change since its only been a day.

Dose it with garlic? lol. seems to work on everything else .

You know every fish I have loves garlic on there food except the PBT. He wont eat anything soaked in garlic.
