I'm not new to the saltwater hobby--I have a 90 and a 55--but because of space and floor support, another large tank isn't really an option right now. I'm very comfortable with my test kits and with maintaining the stability of my big tanks. I even practice on 10 gallons tubs of water that I am aging for water changes in my big tanks. (Am I a dork?)
Anyhow, I found a neat little 12 gallon Nano Cube Deluxe with some extra lighting to allow for some softies or the like. I'm interested in some of the gobies that pair with pistol shrimp. Does anyone have any experience with the hi-finned red banded goby, listed on this site as the barbershop pole shrimpgoby. Would a pair of these and one of the shrimp be okay in a tank that small? Any other helpful advice would be great. What kind of skimmer do you use in a tank that small?
Thanks for any help! I'm excited! I might end up with tiny little tanks all over my house!
