nano cycling question

ok, I am setting up a new 10 gal. How long should the cycle last compared to my 55 reef. Should be shorter right??
And how long do you leave the "shrimp" in there?

Leave the shrimp in there until you get an ammonia spike, then take it out. My 10 gallon cycled in about a week using the same method.

Mine took about 2 1/2 weeks.

IMO, it won't necessarily be shorter. I had a 10 take 4-5 weeks last year.
