Nano Diatom Problem

I'm having a diatom outbreak in my 20G. Everything is covered in them. Can anyone suggest the best type of CleanUp Crew to combat this, or anything else that I can do. I've tried everything I can think of. I've done weekly WCs, most 20%, but some 50%, but nothing has worked. Please help me if you can.
