Nano for QT?

I just picked up a new 24G Nano Cube with the intentions of using it for a QT. I would like to keep it as simple as possible but still have a suitable QT. So far I have everything that came with the Cube along with a Koralia Nano and a heater. Any tips on what else might be a good idea? I planned on putting a little LR in it but wasn't sure if that would be a good idea in case of having to medicate fish at some point. Also, it came with a several sponge filters, a bag of ceramic tubes, a bag of activated carbon, and some bio balls. What, if any, of that should I use?
As always, all input welcome and thank you!

For a QT I would keep all the sponges just keep them clean. No sand bed or LR. Just get some PVC or fake plants for fish to hide. And add a raw shrimp to cycle. Other then that it sounds good!
