I have a 28g Nano Cube HQI and I need to get a controller/timer for lights, heater, etc. Is there a Nano preferred brand? Anyone have thoughts or experience with these?
Thanks!

You can pretty much use any light timer from home depot, lowes, etc. Just make sure that they accept grounded plugs. Your heater should most likely not be on a timer but put your moonlights and your MH light on separate timers, thats what I did on my 24g NanoCube, granted its not the HQI but I changed the lights to a Sunpod which has seperate plugs for each light. Let me know if that answered your question. Good luck!

Google neptune controllers or reefkeeper elite. The reefkeeper elite cme with all the plugs and probes u'll need. But with a prce tag of about $500. I'd go with a Neptune aquacontrller jr. For a nano. U can controller light, temp. And monitor ur ph. And a boat load of other functions. Also has upgradable firmware. All for about $200
