Just set it up today. Got about 15lbs(so far) of live rock and 20lbs of live sand.
The equipment i got so far for my tank is a Sunpod light, heater and i plan on getting a Koralia 1 really soon.
As far as equipment goes is there anything you guys can think i should get for it?
Will post a pic as soon as it clears up..
Im so freakin excited i cant stand it

Congratulations! I have only been into this hobby for about 9 weeks and I still remember the initial excitement. The good news is it hasn't faded much! Try to curtail the excitement, though, when it comes to adding livestock. If you're not a patient person now you will be after a while - this hobby teaches patience by hitting you hard in the heart and wallet if you rush things. Can't wait to see pictures - good luck!

well the other day i set up my tank and had everything perfect in it. I spent the night at my girls last night and i come home to a tank with about 10 gallons of water missing out of it. Somehow the pump hose came lose on it and was spraying water out..

Man not a good start so far. So, i just set it all up again.
wish me luck lol

thanks. Where are you at tank wise? got anything planned or purchased yet?
Not yet, i'm still researching and poking around in the threads here. I'm looking at either a bio 14 or aqua 24, but still finding the differences, i'd like to keep it small, but we'll see. Good luck!

have you any plans for modifying your tank as far as filtration goes, adding pumps, skimmer, etc? Have you heard if the Aquapod is easy to mod, etc?

All i am goin to add to is a Koralia 1 pump to add some water flow, and a 20" sunpod HQI Metal Halide fixture. Other than that i dont plan on adding anything else.
One thing i might also do, is replace the bio balls with some live rock rubble. Heard that helps out alot, pretty sure i read it here somewhere on here
