Nano tank help

I'm looking into buying either a 14 gallon oceanic biocube or a 12 gallon nano cube. What is the best system? Want to have a reef full of variety(fish, shrimp, anemones, coral, the whole nine yards), will either of these systems support this intention? Will I need to add anything to the tank or is everything that I need already installed?
thanks in advance

You won't be able to support an anemone in any of those size tanks... I would go with the larger one, bigger is better. At best, you'll be able to fill the tank with about 3 small fish, a shrimp like a blood shrimp or cleaner shrimp, and you can be pretty liberal with the coral as long as you're meticulous with checking levels, water changes, etc.
So basically the anemone is a no, but everything else is a yes to a very limited extent hehe

you would be able to get an anemone if you upgraded to MH lighting. I forgot the name of the brand but it's a 20" hid that fit's perfect for the JBJ 12 Gal. Nano.
