nano tank questions

Hi, I'm a newbie to this site, also a newbie to s/w tanks - I have a few questions:
I have recently established a 10g nano tank, which seems to be up and running quite well. I have a pair of "Nemo" clowns in there and a BTA (I think BTA!), plus a blue damsel. I am using natural beach sand as substrate, have about 6 lbs of liverock, a small HOB filter and a single tube fluro, with a UV tube (the kind that promotes plant growth in f/w tanks).
Is this enough lighting for my BTA? It is only small atm, and has attached itsself to the side of my LR, almost out of sight. I am feeding it small peices of fish every 2-3 days, it seems to be eating well. It does occasionally turn a greenish color, and seems to change shape/size regularly. Is this normal?
Can I put in a clean-up crew of some sort, without overloading the tank? If so, what would be the best? If needed I could probably get rid of the damsel, but would like to keep it in there if possible - they all seem to get along reasonably well atm, but do have an occasional nip ateach other - should I get the damsel out of there or will they be ok?
I realise I am kind of guilty of jumping in a bit before doing lots of research, but that's why I'm here now - to check on my progress and learn. Thanks in advance...
