nano water change and maintanace

every week i do around a 5 gallon change on the jbj 24 nano deluxe plus i was the sponges in the back out in the water that i just drained before i add the new water. is there anything else i can do that will help my nano flourish i mean my corals are doing good but they really arent growing.the only corals that are growing are my mushrooms. i have frogspawn finger and a toadstool frag what can i add or what can i do to help my corals grow. thanks

im not an expert on coral but 2 things i noticed: unless you have an excessive amount of fish in the cube, only do a 2.5 gal a week water change, and if the lights are stock on your cube that could be why the corals arent growing very fast

so u say a smaller water change and why is that

its just unnecessary to do that big of a water change a week. 10% a week is fine
