Naso in trouble, HELP!!

I've had this Naso for three days now. He has been eating and swimming around with no problems. Today I noticed that it was not swimming and I went to the side of the tank to look at it and it has a ton of white spots on it. It cant be Ick because none of my other fish have it. I took my water to my LFS and they said it was perfect. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???

Why can't it be ich? Didn't you just get the fish 3 days ago? Couldn't the fish brought the ich in to your tank with it? And now, the ich is in your tank.....
Why not ich?

I've seen Ich before and it does not look like Ich. By the way, the fish is dead

Thanks for the info. No, I dont not quarantine my fish before I add them to my main tank. It may be Ich that the Tang had, but it's just strange because he was fine, eating, swimming, all of that and all of a sudden, death. I went a bout a UV Sterilizer the other day. It had been running for a day now. Hopefully this helps me.
