Naso Tang Not eating much

I have a small Blonde Naso Tang it doesn't seem to be an aggressive eater. I try flakes, nori, cyclopee and home made food it only eats like small bits of food. Most of the other fish usually eats it all up before he even makes a move to grab it I think he is scared or not aggressive enough to fight for food. What other type of food would surely get him eating?

I had him at least for 3 weeks so far he only eating small bits and pieces he doesn't go after the chunks when everyone else is doing that. It seems like he is slow or nervous to go after food. I'm thinking it could just be he is stress still because when I got him he was just off the delivery truck at the fish store. The store owner just accumulated him and then bag him to give me.

just yesterday he started eating alot of the seaweed i add.
he is probably nipping at the rocks.
if he is eating at least a little he will probably come around soon.
