NASO TANG NOT EATING

I have a Naso Tang that abruptly stopped eating three days ago. I've had him four months. He previously ate continuously and occasionally appeared bloated. Stomach is now shrunken. He remains active but is uninterested in food. From research I believe it has intestinal nematodes and Piperazine has been recommended for the cure. Problem is I can't find this medication and if I do how would I be able to get the fish to ingest it? PLEASE HELP!!
ANY IDEAS!!

I have had many Nasos over the years and had the exact problem with a few of them and know of many friends that have had the same problem. It always seemed to hit 3-9 months after I had the fish.
I have heard that Nasos are especially suseptable to kidney failure from the stresses of capture or something and that it can hit months after the fish is caught.
Anyone else heard this?
