ive tried everything im at a loss, when i got him the fish store said he was eating

Did you try algea sheets too, on a clip?

might have to stick it on the rocks too. have you tried soaking in garlic to entice it to eat?

soaked nori in garlic, put caulpera in tank, frozen brine, flakes, now im gonna run to lfs and get some live brine to try to entice it. Any other ideas?

How long have you had him? Sometimes they just need time to feel comfortable... took my yellow belly blue hippo about 2 weeks and then was still not overly interested. Glad he was really fat when I got him in. Now he's a pig but wow what a nervous couple of weeks.

no luck yet, but i soaked his food in a fresh garlic clove this morning, ill keep you posted, btw i got him on monday

ok. remember no matter what the LFS says you still want to see them eat.

when they say yeah we have had him/her for about 2 weeks and we have been feeding him/her brine shrimp,mysis, brown algae look them right in the eye and say prove it.
get them to feed the fish, get them to pull out the last order with the fish in it
Its the least they can do if your gonna drop 40-1000 bucks on a fish!
