Naso Tang

hey recently my naso tang hasn't really moved from this one spot and his mouth and opening and closing very quick....does anyone have any idea of what is going on?

ok well this morning the naso tang passed...he was introduced about two weeks ago to my tank which has been set up for over a year..although it has just been moved to my house so i don't know if that counts as being running for over a year...the tang was about 3.5 inches long and he seemed to be doing fine when he first started out but then he started acting strange...
