You think the SUNS dont miss the run and gun SHAWN MARION brought? Im glad we got rid of Shaq and his 20mil contract. He had nothing left in the tank after our 2006 championship. BUT i am eternally grateful for our 2006 championship.
Looks like the Celtics will have thing wrapped up and are the team to beat!
Lakers/Nuggets: I dont think George Karl will be there after this season especially after Larry Browns announcement that he wants to return to coaching. Nuggets with all those superstars are a real disappointment and have no desire to play defense. WAY too much EGO on that team!
Houston/Utah: I dont think Houston can last out any more without Yao and that their 22 game winning streak was a farce.
Detroit/Sixers: Biggest cinderella story here no? Sixers just look hungrier and seem to want it more. Young Legs, upset minded with a "playing with the houses money attitude" NO DETROIT you cannot turn it up when you need to!
Cleveland/Wizards: I dont think the Wizards can keep up the offense especially with a AGENT ZERO and his gimpy knee. It will only be a matter of time before Lebron takes over and the Cavs take it, But I dont think they can get through another round.
Dallas/Hornets: Just one word CP3, is so good and along with Tyson Chandler and David West, Everybody knows that Dallas has no HEART are soft and are accustomed to being bullied and choking in the playoffs.

Yes yes yes, the only thing good about the Shaq trade was that Marion was disgruntled and would not have resigned after this year anyway, it will be interesting what happens in the offseason for Phoenix...What gets me is all the idiots that say "Will the Suns were not going to win a Championship with what they had" They were a Robert Horry cheapshot away from winning the NBA Championship last year when Amare and Diaw had to set out game 5 at home and they lost home court...They would have likely won the series and sure as hell wouldn't have lost to Utah and would have swept the Cavs the same way the Spurs did....Enough of my rant.
Lakers and Spurs are still the favorites in my book, they have far more playoff experience than the Celts (will the Spurs do anyway, and Kobe is all the experience the Lakers need), the only advantage Boston has is they don't have to play anybody good until the finals, the Lakers and Spurs will get beat down on the way....I will take the flopping Spurs to win it all still.
BTW I was seated comfortably in a luxury box and wanted to puke wactching the pathetic Suns effort last night and Tony Parker make everything he looked at.

Hornets all the way!
I think people still underestimate the whole gang there, and they do give them quite a bit of credit. I think the Hornets will defenitly go to the championship at least, and maybe even pull it together to beat the Celtics.
