Nearing end??

Could i be nearing the end of my cycle? Heres my levels...
4/27 Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 2.0ppm
Nitrate - 20ppm
PH - 7.8
SG - 1.024
Water Temp - 78
4/29 Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - .50ppm
Nitrate - 80ppm
PH - 7.8
SG - 1.025
Water Temp - 78
Im starting to get a decent amount of algae growing on sand and on some parts of the glass. I also have some dark red little flower looking things growing on some rocks. I looked it up and its rhizopodia. Harmless filter feeder. Im not too happy with my rock setup. I seriously suck at aquascaping.

Is it ok to move some things around or should i wait until the cycle is complete?

you still have a week, maybe two. It would be OK to move your rocks now. Better now than later when you have fish and coral.
