Need a protein skimmer to fit my tank...

I have a 125g FOWLR tank with a custom made hood. I need a protein skimmer that will fit my tank. The hood runs flush all the way around the tank.

either cut the hood or get a sump. you could techinaclly mount the skimmer to the wall and just pipe it into the tank if you wanted to get creative.

np, i had origianlly planned on doing that with mine but i hate the look of equipment in the tank so i dropped it in the sump and just pay extra attention to water level.

ever thought of drilling your tank to add a sump? i have a standard 125 w/ no overflows and thought i'd be happy with just HOB equipment. after a few months i realized i wanted a sump and have been hellbent on drilling my tank. just thought i'd toss the possiblity of drilling your way.
