hi. your suspicions are right, puffers and triggers will eat snails and crabs. so will many types of wrasses and also lionfish. just research the wrasse you plan to get first.
i would simply go price shopping for snails and such. i would say the best place is the cheapest.

also, a note on your stock list. triggers are very likely to bite at the lions fins. i wouldn't recomend getting the lion.

take a look at people's aggressive fish tanks. not much living in them except the aggressive fish

you can try to add some snales and crabs...they are fairly cheap...but just don't get too attached to them.

Once you decide on which you want to go with, a suggestion for CUC could be something like...
- Turbo snails
- Nassarius snails, both large and small (Vibex)
- Margarita snails (try to avoid the black ones.. they can't tip themselves over when they fall on their shell... talking from experience)
- different types of hermit crabs (avoid Strawberry)
I was told once your tank is matured you should have 1 snail or hermit / gallon of water in your system. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but I've still got a bit to go in our 75+30 (sump) to go.
